I’m Daniel Perez Astorga, a Mexican hair and makeup artist based in the Riviera Maya.
With over 15 years of experience and more than 1,500 brides, my work spans bridal, private clients, and social events, alongside fashion editorials and commercial projects.

Before beauty, I was a ballet dancer for over a decade, touring internationally with a Mexican ballet company. That background shaped how I see movement, proportion, and detail—elements that still guide my work today.

My path into beauty was organic. What began as a weekend practice with friends became a profession built through experience, observation, and continuous refinement. While largely self-taught, I’ve deepened my craft through masterclasses and workshops with artists I respect.

 

Inspiration comes from fashion, editorial imagery, and cultural references—but always filtered through the client: their style, their environment, and the atmosphere of the moment.
